All FIRSTGLOBAL member firms and principals are registered as Authorised Financial Services Providers with the Financial Services Board and hold Category II licences. FIRSTGLOBAL fully subscribes to the Financial Advisory and Intermediary Services Bill (FAIS) and employs the services of independent compliance officers, MOONSTONE COMPLIANCE, to perform monthly inspections at all offices and to report in accordance with the Act to the Financial Services Board.

In addition, all member firms are audited by professional external auditors who are also required to submit prescribed annual reports to the Financial Services Board.
